You are welcome to stay at Snells Beach Retreat for the weekend at no cost. These are “dorm style” shared rooms, with between 2 and 6 people. We will also have an overflow “marae style” bunk room, should demand require it. You will need to bring your own pillow, sheet, pillowcase, duvet or sleeping bag and towel. Showers are available. If you are a light sleeper we recommend eye masks and earplugs. There are 65 available dorm beds: first in, best dressed!

You can also camp on retreat grounds at no charge. You’ll need to bring all your own camping equipment.

If neither of those choices appeal, there are a number of accommodation options available in Snells Beach, Warkworth and the surrounding areas. Sharing accommodation with other attendees is a popular option. You will get access to the shared accommodation forums when you have registered for the Symposium.
